FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions and Regulations Camping Village Adria
Booking conditions
Holiday Village-Hotel
- Reservations for accommodation units (bungalows, mobile homes, lodge tents, and rooms) can be made and finalized either by phone, via email at our contact details, or directly on our website. The reservation is personal and, as such, is considered valid exclusively for the individuals whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
- Upon receiving the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the guest a quote for the stay, which will include the type of accommodation, arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the stay, the payment method for the deposit (equal to 30% of the total cost), €45.00 as a fixed booking fee including the Secure Holiday package, and the balance payment method.
- The guest must review the content of the quote and confirm acceptance.
- Guests wishing to proceed with booking must pay the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote and settle the total balance no later than 21 days before the arrival date via bank transfer to: UNICREDIT BANCA, Viale Al Mare 80 - 48123 Casalborsetti RA. Account holder: CAMPING ADRIA SRL, IBAN: IT75V0200813199000020145234, reason: indicate the booking number. For reservations made within 21 days of the arrival date, the guest must pay the entire amount of the stay at the time of booking confirmation. Once the deposit/balance is paid, the booking contract is considered concluded and binding. If the guest cancels the stay partially or entirely or requests changes outside of what is stated in point 8, the amount is considered due. Special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions. The tourist tax and any additional un-booked services will be paid on-site.
ATTENTION: failure to comply with the payment terms mentioned above constitutes an express termination clause, allowing Camping Village Adria to lawfully terminate the contract, without prejudice to the compensation for any additional damages incurred by Camping Village Adria. - Upon arrival at Camping Village Adria, the guest must present the booking confirmation at reception. Reserved accommodations will be available from 4:00 PM on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the departure day. If the guest does not arrive by 10:00 AM on the day following the scheduled arrival date without prior notification, management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make the accommodation available to third parties.
- By confirming the quote, the guest accepts the booking conditions, the current price list, and agrees to comply with the regulations of Camping Village Adria. Management reserves the right to terminate the booking contract if the guest, their family, or visitors fail to follow the rules.
- Regarding pets, dogs with a microchip are allowed in the campsite. The dog must be registered in the canine registry and comply with the vaccinations required by Italian regulations. One dog per accommodation is allowed. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and it is recommended to also have a muzzle. Pets are allowed only in specific types of accommodations and in limited numbers, with a maximum of one pet per unit. For exceptions regarding the number, please contact the Management. Breeds of dogs or animals deemed dangerous or reported as such by the competent authorities may, at the discretion of the Management, be removed from the Holiday Village.
- Changes in personal data, the number of participants, or additional services compared to what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation will not be accepted unless communicated at least 10 days before the arrival date. All holiday village and campsite facilities will therefore be available exclusively to the individuals listed on the data sheet, submitted along with the deposit/balance.
- Guest requests regarding accommodation location preferences in the holiday village or campsite will be treated as such and will not be considered contractual or guaranteed. Allocation will be decided on-site at the sole discretion of Camping Village Adria.
- Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests for confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing. The insurance policy is valid only for holiday village and hotel stays with a minimum duration of 7 nights. The main guarantees offered by the policy include reimbursement of any penalties applied by the campsite in case of stay cancellation, reimbursement of medical and pharmaceutical expenses, and health and personal assistance, including medical repatriation and early return. Failure to comply with the payment terms of the stay constitutes a termination clause of the stay contract, resulting in the loss of the right to reimbursement by the insurance company. Refunds will be issued by the insurance company net of the deductible and the fixed booking fee.

- Bed linen and towels are available upon request for an additional fee (€12.00 per double bed linen kit; €7.50 per single bed linen kit; €5.00 per towel kit per person).
- Holiday Village tourist tax: €0.80 per person, per day, starting from 14 years old, for a maximum of 5 days.
- Hotel tourist tax: €2.00 per person, per day, starting from 14 years old, for a maximum of 5 days.
Holiday Village-Hotel stays of less than 7 nights

- Upon receiving the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the guest a holiday estimate specifying: the type of accommodation, the arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the holiday, the payment terms for the deposit (equal to 30% of the total cost), and the terms for the remaining balance.
- The estimate must be reviewed by the guest and confirmed for acceptance.
- Guests wishing to book their holiday must proceed with the payment of the deposit within 7 days of receiving the estimate via bank transfer:

With the confirmation of the reservation and the payment of the deposit/balance, the booking contract will be considered concluded and as such will be binding. If the guest cancels the holiday in full or in part or requests changes outside the terms outlined in point 8, the payment will still be considered due.
Any special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions and cannot be applied retroactively.
The tourist tax and any extra services not booked in advance must be paid on-site.
ATTENZION: Failure to comply with the above payment deadlines constitutes an express termination clause, allowing Camping Village Adria to lawfully terminate the contract, without prejudice to compensation for any additional damages incurred by Camping Village Adria. - Upon arrival at Camping Village Adria, guests must check in at reception with their booking confirmation. The reserved accommodation will be available to guests from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If a guest fails to arrive at Camping Village Adria by 10:00 AM on the day following the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and reassign the accommodation to third parties.

Management reserves the right to terminate the booking contract if the guest, their family members, or their guests fail to comply with the established rules.
- Regarding pets, dogs of all sizes are allowed in the campsite, provided they are microchipped. Dogs must be registered in the canine registry and have up-to-date vaccinations as required by Italian regulations. Only one dog per accommodation is permitted. Dogs must always be kept on a leash, and it is advisable to bring a muzzle as well. Their admission is at the discretion of management.
- Changes to personal data, the number of participants, or additional services compared to what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation will not be accepted unless communicated at least 10 days before the arrival date. All accommodations and rooms will be available exclusively to the individuals listed on the data sheet submitted along with the deposit/balance.
- Guest requests regarding the preferred location of accommodations within the village or campsite will be treated as preferences only and will not constitute a contractual guarantee. The allocation of accommodations will be determined on-site at the sole discretion of Camping Village Adria.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing.
In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
- Up to 21 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the deposit paid at the time of confirmation will be refunded.
- From 20 days prior to arrival or in the case of no-show: A penalty of 100% applies (no refund will be issued).

Pitches
- Reservations for pitches can be made and finalized either by phone, via email at our contact details, or directly on our website. The reservation is personal and, as such, is considered valid exclusively for the individuals whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
- Upon receiving the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the guest a holiday estimate specifying: the type of pitch, the arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the holiday, the payment terms for the deposit (equal to 30% of the total cost), and the terms for the remaining balance.
- The estimate must be reviewed by the guest and confirmed for acceptance.
- Guests wishing to book their holiday must indicate whether they wish to subscribe to the Secure Holiday Package (€35.00, optional) and proceed with the payment of the deposit within 7 days of receiving the estimate via bank transfer:

If subscribing to the Secure Holiday Package, the balance for the stay must be paid 5 days prior to arrival at the campsite.

Cancellation requests for confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing.

Pitches will, therefore, be available exclusively to the individuals listed on the data sheet submitted along with the deposit/balance.

Regulation
ART. 1 – Access to the campsite
- Anyone wishing to access the campsite for any reason must obtain authorization from management.
- For this purpose, a valid identity document must be provided to management for the required legal registration. Management will issue guests an access “Pass” and register the license plate number to authorize vehicle access.
- Unaccompanied minors are not permitted entry unless accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them.
- Unauthorized access or presence in the campsite, or the introduction of undeclared vehicles or animals, will result in:
- Violation of Public Security Regulations;
- Breach of the Penal Code for trespassing, land and building invasion, or theft of services;
- Criminal offense of contractual fraud.
ART. 2 – Minimum stay
The minimum stay at the campsite is 1 day for pitches and 2 days for accommodation units.
During the high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

ART. 3 – Registration
The guest is required to verify the accuracy of the records, report any discrepancies to management, and notify in advance of any changes, such as a pitch change or the arrival and departure of individuals.
ART. 4 – Limits on equipment per pitch – services included in the price
- Only one setup (equipment) is permitted per pitch.
- The price (seasonal or monthly packages) includes up to four people, who cannot be replaced.
ART. 5 – Selection and use of pitches and accommodation units
- Guests may select a pitch from those indicated by staff. Accommodation units (mobile homes or lodge tents) will be assigned by staff based on availability.
- The campsite management reserves the right to change the assigned pitch or accommodation unit at any time, even after the deposit has been paid, prior to the guest’s arrival for the chosen period.
- Reservations cannot be transferred to third parties without the authorization of the campsite management.
- All equipment, including vehicles, must be neatly arranged within the boundaries of the pitch. Guests are responsible for keeping their pitch tidy (cleaning, collecting leaves, etc…).
- Guests staying in accommodation units must pay a deposit of €100.00 upon arrival, which will be refunded upon the return of the keys, provided everything is in order. The inspection of the accommodation will take place on the departure day. Guests are required to treat the structure, equipment, and furnishings with care and to keep them clean. Any damages or shortages must be reported to management within 24 hours of arrival; otherwise, the guest will be held personally responsible. Management is authorized to inspect the accommodation at any time.
- At the end of their stay, guests can make reservations for the following season.
ART. 6 – Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Reserved pitches can be occupied starting from 12:00 PM, and accommodation units from 4:00 PM.
- Check-in hours: Pitches from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM; mobile homes from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Check-out hours: Pitches from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; mobile homes from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- If departure does not occur within the prescribed daily timeframe (by 12:00 PM for pitches and by 10:00 AM for accommodation units), the guest will be required to pay for the stay for the day of departure as well.
ART. 7 – Daily guests - Visitors
- Management reserves the right to allow daily visitors to enter the campsite, granting free access for one hour.
- Any extension of the visitor’s stay must be authorized by management and will require payment according to the price list.
- Visitors may enter the campsite only on foot and during the designated daytime hours.
- The campsite guest is responsible for ensuring that their visitors have authorization from management and is accountable for their behavior within the campsite.
ART. 8 – Pets
- Dogs of all sizes are allowed in the campsite. They must have a microchip, be registered in the canine registry, and have up-to-date vaccinations as required by Italian regulations. A maximum of 2 pets per pitch and 1 dog per accommodation unit is allowed. Dogs must always be kept on a leash, and it is advisable to carry a muzzle as well. Their admission is at the discretion of management.
- Dogs must always be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle and must be taken to designated areas or outside the campsite for their physiological needs. Owners are required to clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb other guests. Cats and other domestic animals must not be allowed to roam outside pitches or accommodation units. It is prohibited to bring pets to the swimming pool, supermarket, playground, or theater. Leaving animals alone inside accommodations is not permitted.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused to third parties or campsite property by their pets.
- According to the Port Authority Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach except in designated areas.
ART. 9 – Quiet and Silence Rules
- At all times, behaviors, activities, games, and the use of devices that may disturb other guests must be avoided.
- During designated quiet hours, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM and from 00:00 AM to 7:00 AM, the following are not permitted:
- The use of sound systems;
- The use of sports and recreational equipment;
- Loading and unloading of luggage;
- Setting up or dismantling tents or structures.
ART. 10 – Vehicle circulation and parking – Caravan entrance
- Access to the campsite is allowed only for cars and motorcycles reported by the guest and identified by their license plate number. Only one vehicle per pitch is permitted at any time within the campsite.
- Vehicles may only be used to enter and exit the campsite during permitted hours, at walking speed, and in compliance with posted signage. From 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM and from 00:00 AM to 7:00 AM, the circulation of cars and motorcycles within the campsite is prohibited.
- Cars and motorcycles may not be parked in pitches other than the one assigned. If this occurs, the vehicle will be moved at the owner's expense and responsibility.
- Vehicle access via license plate recognition will be deactivated in the event of a violation of these regulations.
- Motorhomes, caravans, and trailers used by guests for their stay in the campsite must comply with legal road traffic regulations and be properly certified.
ART. 11 – Children
Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children to ensure they do not disturb the peace or compromise the safety of other guests.
ART. 12 – Various Prohibitions
It is forbidden to:
- Dispose waste outside designated containers or abandon hazardous or special waste within the campsite area;
- Dig holes or trenches in the ground or alter the boundaries of pitches;
- Light outdoor fires;
- Damage vegetation or campsite equipment;
- Pour or spill oil, fuel, hot liquids, salty liquids, or waste on the ground. Additionally, it is forbidden to discharge liquid or solid waste, paint, solvents, etc., into drains or other outlets;
- Wash cars or other vehicles using chemical products;
- Wash dishes or laundry outside of the designated sinks;
- Wash oneself or other items at the field water fountains;
- Waste or improperly use water;
- Set up fences, tie or anchor anything to trees, stretch ropes at head height, or install any structures that might pose a potential hazard or obstruct free movement. Unauthorized structures will be removed by campsite staff;
- Drive vehicles at a speed exceeding “walking pace”;
- Install unauthorized flooring on pitches. Unauthorized flooring will be removed by campsite staff;
- Empty toilets containing formaldehyde within the campsite.
- Accumulate water in external or additional containers beyond those supplied with caravans or campers, particularly containers not suitable for normal use.
- Set up barbecues less than 1 meter away from any other object or equipment on the pitch.
- Pass through other guests’ pitches to access bathrooms or other areas of the campsite.
ART. 13 – Protective tarps, gazebos, awnings
It is forbidden:
- The installation of gazebos and protective tarps is permitted, free of charge, upon prior authorization. Protective tarps, made of fireproof material, must:
- not be attached to trees;
- comply with legal standards and be certified by the manufacturer;
- avoid the use of excessively impactful supporting frames;
- be gray in color and aesthetically acceptable.
- Under no circumstances may side closures for pitches, using tarps or other fixed materials, be installed.
- All structures must be removed upon management’s request and, in any case, at the end of the stay. If not, management reserves the right to proceed with removal at the guest's expense.
ART. 14 – Lost and Found
Items found within the campsite must be handed over to management for legal procedures.
ART. 15 – Pool rules
Guests accessing the pool must wear a valid wristband, rubber flip-flops, and appropriate swimming gear.
- Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the pool unless accompanied by an adult;
- Bringing bicycles, balls, toys, or pets into the pool area is prohibited;
- Restrooms are located at the pool bar;
- Guests must shower before entering the water;
- The following activities are prohibited within the pool area: diving, running along the pool edge, playing with balls, having picnics, and swimming underwater;
- The whirlpool can only be used for one cycle, after which guests must allow the next person to use it.
- Topless sunbathing is not allowed.
ART. 16 – Liability and Insurance
- The use of sports and recreational equipment is at the user's own risk;
- Guests are advised to pay attention to personal belongings and take necessary precautions; Money and valuables should not be left unattended in caravans, tents, or accommodation units.
- Management is not responsible for: theft of personal items and valuables; Damage caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, plant diseases, epidemics, or other causes unrelated to staff negligence.
- Guests are advised to purchase insurance for their structures and equipment in advance.
- Guests are encouraged to have an appropriate fire extinguisher.
- Whenever leaving the campsite, all electrical appliances, including refrigerators and freezers, must be disconnected. The campsite is not liable for any damage caused by electricity outages.
ART. 17 – Expulsion
- Management reserves the right to expel anyone who, in its judgment, violates the regulations.
- Guests who have been expelled or warned previously may not return to the campsite without a new, specific authorization from management.
ART. 18 – Contract Termination
Camping Village Adria S.r.l. may terminate the contract “by law” under Article 1456 of the Civil Code at any time following a violation of the rules of conduct outlined in these regulations, including:
- In the event of the guest's failure to pay the required deposit or balance, should Camping Village Adria S.r.l. proceed with the termination of the contract by law due to non-payment, the company reserves the right to pursue judicial recovery of the debt.
- Violation of the THINK GREEN rules.
Art. 19 – Winter storage
If the guest enters into a winter storage contract with the campsite, the caravan must either be left on the pitch at the campsite's closing or transferred to the designated storage area by the campsite. The electrical connection to the power column must be disconnected before departure. It is strictly prohibited to leave gas cylinders or other flammable materials inside the caravan. The campsite will insure the caravans against theft, vandalism, and fire; however, it is not responsible for theft or other damages (e.g., fire) to items left inside the caravans.
